SUMMARY
Golden Owl Solutions is looking for a DevOps Intern who is eager to learn, hands-on with technology and willing to grow through real project experience under the guidance of mentors and team leaders.
In this role, you will support the engineering team in basic DevOps tasks, system operations, monitoring/logging practices and development workflow support. This internship is suitable for final-year students who want to build a strong foundation in DevOps and are ready to commit to a structured learning journey.

- Build practical working habits: task estimation, progress reporting, quality mindset and collaboration with PC/QC/team lead/engineers.
- Opportunity to be promoted to a full-time position after the internship, depending on performance and business needs.
Your Responsibilities
1. Learn & practice DevOps fundamentals
- Learn and practice basic DevOps-related knowledge under the coaching of mentors and team leaders.
- Research, adapt and apply new technologies/tools as assigned by the team.
2. Support system, workflow & technical tasks
- Practice coding/scripting with clear, effective and quality-oriented outputs.
- Implement assigned tasks following quality guidelines, technical instructions and project timeline.
3. Support monitoring, logging & operation awareness
- Develop awareness of monitoring, logging and tracing practices used in modern engineering teams.
- Support basic investigation or documentation tasks related to system operation when required.
4. Collaborate & report progress
- Estimate assigned tasks and report task progress when needed.
- Cooperate with PC, QC, team lead and other engineers to complete internship tasks effectively.

Requirements
- Final-year students in computer network, IT or related major;
- Good knowledge about object-oriented programming or functional programming;
- Well understand data structure and algorithm, computer architect, system operation, or database;
- Understand OSI model, firewall, DHCP, DNS and common network components;
- Good at Linux or Unix, bash script;
- Basic knowledge of Git;
- Awareness about monitoring, logging and tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK, Elastic stack, Splunk, Jaeger, Open Telemetry, etc);
- Ability to research & adapt new technology;
- Personal laptop is required;
- Good command of English is a plus;
- Able to work full-time in 4-6 months during internship period (depends on your performance);
- 15 months working after internship commitment.
