Job Description 
● Coordinate project operations, including receiving briefs, providing briefings, supporting planning, and managing proposal deliverables. 
● Actively engage with internal teams (Design, Media, Content, etc.) and external teams to ensure timely delivery of required deliverables and maintain high-quality products and services. 
● Play a key role in developing and managing projects/programs, such as building proposals, creating implementation plans, establishing evaluation mechanisms, developing client plans, managing budgets, and setting timetables. 
● Develop presentations for clients on project management and program status. 
● Understand and manage billing and activity reporting processes. 
● Demonstrate tactical proficiency by creating and driving outreach plans, developing effective messages, managing events, expanding contact networks, and delivering compelling pitches. 
● Take ownership of client communications throughout all aspects of client-related campaigns, including conducting post-campaign analysis, preparing reports, and facilitating reviews. 

Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Foreign Trade, or a related field. 
● 1 - 2 years of experience in Advertising/Marketing/Media, specifically in digital media/marketing, with a solid understanding of media planning and strategy, and some exposure to working with creative/production teams. 
● Experience in account management within an agency is a plus. 
● Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. 
● Strong project management, market research, and client service skills. 
● Highly developed project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously.
