The Job Description
- Survey customer needs, obtain requirements and analyze business operations for product.
- Research to build suitable features that bring good user experience and increase user engagement for products based on users and stakeholder’s feedback.
- Review and confirm user/stakeholder’s requirements are met before releasing the demo or official version of the product.
- Receive and analyze stakeholder and client’s requirements, being able to break down and list out requirements clearly and detailedly.
- Draw diagrams/wireframes/mockups/prototypes to clarify and visualize the requirements so that all relevant stakeholders quickly grasp the overall idea.
- Write documents: estimation (for new product), use case diagrams, user stories, swimlane diagrams, Product Specification to document the product/project’s logic and workflow.
- Conduct Usability Testing to check UI/UX issues as well as requirement satisfaction quality for developed features before releasing the features to production/store. The team must have the approval of BA in order to release the feature.
- Write Milestone Assessment Report to monitor and evaluate the quality after each milestone.
- Provide guidance, training and consulting to team members.
- Report and perform other consulting operations as requested by superiors.
Your Skills and Experience
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Have a laptop to work.
- University graduate majoring in Economics, Management Information Systems, IT or related majors.
- Good English 4 skills (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC 900).
- Have 2 years of experience related to Business Analyst.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Ability to organize, arrange, solve problems and work effectively as a team.
- Having knowledge of project management is an advantage.
