Job Details:

•  Develop and execute creative concepts for video clips that align with our brand identity
  and target audience.
• Serve as the on-camera host for video content, maintaining a strong and engaging
  presence.
• Generate creative ideas and develop compelling scripts for video content. Write clear,
  concise, and engaging scripts that effectively convey key messages and capture the
  attention of the target audience.
• Adapt scripts to suit different video formats and platforms, optimizing them for
  maximum viewer engagement.
• Produce high-quality video content, ensuring it is visually appealing, engaging, and
  optimized for mobile viewing.
• Incorporate storytelling techniques and narrative structures to enhance the impact and
  emotional appeal of video content.
• Work closely with the social media team to plan and schedule video content, ensuring
  consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Collaborate with videographers, editors,… to ensure smooth and seamless execution of
  video projects.
• Monitor and analyze video performance, engagement metrics, and audience feedback to
  optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in the Creative field
• Understanding of social media platforms and their video requirements, including
  YouTube, Tiktok, Meta,…
• Proven experience as a content creator, videographer, or similar role, with a strong
  portfolio showcasing video production skills (portfolio is required for this position)
• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex messages concisely
  through video.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with
  cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Fluently at English and Vietnamese
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to
  changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Video editing tools will be a plus.
