Job Description:
- Planning, managing, and evaluating the internship training program and on-job training program;
- Support in managing staff’s competency and performance, and plan to improve them when necessary;
- Design & deliver training programs (orientation, culture, soft skills, management…);
- Collaborate with HR to organize all training activities, and employee engagement activities;
- Support in promoting learning culture and managing people development activities;
- Host the selection and recruitment of candidates for the Golden Owl internship program;
- Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements:
- Final year student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Education, and other related fields;
- IELTS 6.0 or equivalent;
- Experience in teaching design and facilitation for Vietnamese children or adults is a plus;
- Good presentation and mentoring skills;
- Be confident and responsible, detail-oriented, and come along with a positive attitude;
- Knowledge of Training Needs Analysis for businesses is a plus;
- Basic knowledge & terminology of IT is a plus;
- Personal laptop required.
