JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor project progress and track tasks in accordance with established workflows and procedures.
- Assist in updating product backlog, task lists, and project documentation.
- Support the team in ensuring timelines and deliverables are aligned with agreed milestones.
- Report daily work progress to direct supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
- Support product commercialization activities, including preparing product materials and assisting in go-to-market coordination.
- Assist in gathering feedback from partners and customers to improve product offerings.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.
- Manage work-related files, product documents, reports, and tracking lists systematically.
- Perform other tasks related to product operations as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Prefer female candidates, personal laptop required;
- Final year student or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English Language, IT and Information Systems or other related majors;
- Fluent English, IELTS 5.5 - TOEIC 700 or equivalent; having a certificate is a plus;
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum is a plus.
- Good documentation & organization skill; Having experience with task management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) is a plus.
- Good communication & time management skills;
- 1 year of work after internship commitment.
