Optimised for both employees and employers, mywork – an application under MyWork Global – provides an easy-to-use, transparent and interactive platform for all the shift-based sourcing needs. Way more than a job listing service, mywork allows its employee users to apply for jobs they found interested, proceed their billings, receive ratings and comments for their performance. It also supports businesses to nudge, communicate and add appropriate job seekers as favourites via special features integrated within the app.
